1 . How should I do if I receive a damaged or poor quality item?

All of our products are subject to a stringent quality control procedure. However in the unlikely event this problem should occur, we will exchange . Below condition we can't accept exchange:

(1) Over 3 days after you receive the goods. You must inform us within 3 days after you have received the package (receive date is based on our carrier's tracking system) for return or exchange (2) man-made damage.

(3) The products are used by customer.

2 . How should I do if the used product are damage or broken

Within one month, used product can only be repaired for free of charge if customer sends it back to us, but the shipping cost should be paid by customer.

Notice: We don't promise all kind of damage can be repaired. But we will do our best to do that.
